Recipe for Pork filet with creamy mushroom sauce, beans and potato dumplings

Ingredients: For the Pork and Sauce

Pork filet (800-1000g), can be reduced for a less "meaty" dish
Mushrooms (1000g)
Cream (200-300ml)
Onions (1000g) For the sides one can buy premade potato dumplings and just normal green beans which are just cooked in salted hot water

For the Pork: Remove the silver skin/outer fat and panfry all sides till it starts browning. Once done, put it into a oven container and let it bake for at least 30min at around 180 Celcius.

For the Sauce: Cut all the onions into cubes and fry them in a pan till glassy. Once glassy add the mushrooms, cut into medium sized pieces, and fry them till the water starts to exit the mushrooms.

After around 10min of adding the mushrooms one can add the cream into the sauce.

In case of the water (from the mushrooms) not being enough, one can add some high fat milk into the pan, so that everything gets covered.

Let it simmer for at least 20minutes. The longer it simmers, the thicker the sauce gets (or one can add starch).
